Huzzah, lady! Congratulations on the book! You must feel so righteous! And the story acceptance with Micromance! Plus, it sounds like you've actually been out enjoying your life... this is the MOST important thing :) I'm so glad back-ish! xo
Thanks so much and thanks for sticking around. Feeel the privilege, girlfren'. LOL Just kidding. I have another little story hanging out in a folder, so I may dust that one off, too. It'd be nice to be paid for the story, but I'm cool with getting more eye-bangs on my author 'stack. And yes, so sad about Val, but it seems like he's hangin' in. He has to do those conventions to make money. Not sure what else he's doing these days.
Congrats so hard on the book and microromance share. That’s amazing! Also, I didn’t even know this was a thing! Love all your growth (cheerleading you on) and of course your evolution into plantser which I jumped over to that camp a few years back. Hard times call for desperate measures. Val is smoldering or was or is and Aaron Taylor Johnson was in Noseratu and such a waste. No abs on display and all dark lighting. No jawline to see. It was a true “dumb dumb Director” moment. Thx for keeping me on your coveted subscriber list. I consider myself in good company
Thanks so much! And I didn’t either! I can’t do flash, but the stories and poems are interesting. I saw your review about Nosferatu was surprised to see that Aaron had been a part of that movie. Blasphemy that there were no abs and jawline on display. LOL You subscribed while I was on hiatus, so I appreciate you sticking around.
Glad to hear about your last 3 months -- what a whirlwind! It always amazes me how much life we live when we sometimes feel like we did very little? I'm going to follow your lead and actually go see a movie in the theater -- there's a different vibe there. Appreciated your thoughts on Val. I have not been a good student of his work, but absolutely love his character in Tombstone. He embodied Doc Holliday (I act like I was personally acquainted with Doc.. perhaps in another life.) Congratulations on your book work!!
Thanks so much! And yes, totally different vibe when you see a movie in the theater. One of my friends told me that her daughter no longer goes to the movie theater because of the shootings. I get it, but man, it's an experience. When we were in lockdown, I missed the experience of movie theater popcorn, reclining seats, and getting a drink for cheap with my Harkins cup. But yes, do go!

Thanks so much! Definitely feeling the righteousness. LOL
It's so good to have you back and CONGRATS on all your writing success, Ororo! xo
Thanks so much! And thanks for sticking around.
Of course. It would be my loss to miss anything. xo
Welcome back and congrats on the book and the microromance acceptance! What a wonderful letter from the publisher. I’d frame that.
Val was so sad. A well done documentary. There’s talent in that Kilmer family.
I’m honored you kept me on your subscriber list. 🥰🙏

He did make an appearance in the recent Top Gun.
Yeah, I mentioned that in that post. He's artistic, too, like, Jim Carrey, but I don't think he's putting anything out there.

You know, that’s why I’ve subconsciously avoided the movies, too. Which is very sad, and often the point of acts of terror.
Anyway. This was a fun experience! I did eye everyone that walked in though, ready to grab children and hit the deck.
And how sad is it that we have to totally be on guard now because of that. Can't even enjoy movies anymore!
