I remember really enjoying the first season of "Thirteen Reasons Why." I definitely was not the teen target market. There's plenty of women who love horror and action. Besides, I'm secure in my manhood 😂
I'm guessing romantasy is a more recent term. I loved the movie "Romancing the Stone." I'm guessing that fits as romantasy.
OMGAHHH! I LURVE "Romancing the Stone." It's one of my Top 5 fav movies of all time. The scene where they slide down that mudslide-hill and he lands face first between her legs makes me laugh. Every. Single. Time. But I wouldn't classify it as romantasy; more like action-adventure. I had to get schooled in this genre, so I'm glad Alisa provided a good article that explains it: https://www.campfirewriting.com/learn/romantasy-vs-romance-in-fantasy
Yep, you and I have similar taste. The lady who wrote “Romancing the Stone” was working as a waitress. Her agent walked in one day with a big fat check from the studio for her script.
Oh, I see. “Romancing the Stone” would be romaction—see, I can make up subgenres too 😂
Great title, great cover book design, and great back cover synopsis. Congratulations. I love 'Paranormal Spy Romance Trilogy.' I heard romantasy is very big now. I know I'm not the target audience, but I will definitely buy this book digitally to read on my iPad. Awesome!!!
Thank you, Carlton! I so appreciate that, even though you're not the target audience. And yes, apparently romantasy is the new black. LOL Um. Literally. LOL
This is amazing...congratulations! Love seeing you two awesome women collaborating too.
Thank you!
