I cannot tell you how much I relate to this... that you've lived with so much pain and then lived with all the questions, doubts, and uncertainty of whether something might happen. Being told that surgery is possible but probably too dangerous is also just... agonizing. I had that with seizures. (I would probably be a burden to my family and none are equipped.) But that you so fearlessly planned your exit strategy is so freakin' badass. I love your Hay-on-Wye vision! It's perfect!
